As a Telemarketer at Advance Companies, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, promoting our remodeling services, and generating leads for our sales team. Your primary goal will be to create interest in our offerings and set appointments for consultations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using provided leads.
- Introduce our remodeling services and effectively communicate their benefits.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to pass to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for consultations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly call and appointment-setting targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales preferred, ideally in the remodeling or home improvement industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive abilities and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales/marketing is a plus.
