Key Responsibilities for the Teller/Member Service Representative:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with members, fostering a friendly and professional environment.
• Meet performance goals related to service quality and transaction accuracy.
• Accurately process transactions and manage cash responsibly.
• Adhere to all operational and security protocols for compliance and safety.
• Communicate effectively with members and colleagues in person, over the phone, and via email to address inquiries and provide assistance.

Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic math skills and computer proficiency are necessary.
• Experience in customer service is beneficial; cash handling experience is a plus.
