We currently have a career opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented entry level Technical Consultant to join our team where you'll develop and maintain applications using Temenos Journey Manager (formerly Avoka). The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing seamless customer journeys, leveraging data and technology to create personalized and efficient experiences across multiple channels. As a Junior Journey Manager Developer, you will work closely with senior developers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to build and optimize journey maps, ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience. As a Technical Consultant, you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of applications developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment, you will take direction from solution architects and Leads on development activities.

- Develop and maintain applications using Temenos Journey Manager (formerly Avoka).
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer journey maps using journey management platforms (e.g., Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Journey Builder, or similar tools).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, UX/UI design, and data analytics, to create personalized and cohesive customer experiences.
- Support the integration of customer data from various sources to build unified profiles and tailor experiences across channels.
- Work with senior developers to implement and test journey logic, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze journey performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to journey execution and data integration.
- Assist in the documentation of journey management processes, best practices, and technical specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in journey management and customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement features and enhancements.
- Incorporate new journeys for products or changes to existing journeys
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
- Participate in technical planning & requirements gathering phases including Design, code, test, troubleshoot, and document engineering software applications.
- Ensuring that the technical software development process is followed on the project, familiar with industry best practices for software development.
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level.
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $45,864 - $101,520. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
