We are hiring a temporary Administrative Assistant in Little Rock, AR. This role will provide administrative support to a team of fundraising directors in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time, temporary assignment working 25 hours per week. The assignment will end March 31, 2025.

Responsibilities:
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Using Excel to create spreadsheets or reports for tracking data, information, etc.
- Preparing mailings, creating letters, emails, mailing labels through mail merge, stuffing envelopes. This includes event follow-up letters, receipt letters for auction/donations, and thank you letter to donors.
- Assist with event preparation. Gather and prepare supplies, resources for events.
- Complete data entry of auction items, event attendees, and other event related entry.
- Preparing information for the auction, including auction forms, copying gift cards, entry of auction data.
- Maintain files and records.
- Collecting guests lists from sponsors and event attendees, tracking RSVPs.
- Creating and preparing event materials such as table cards and bidding numbers.
- Coordinate volunteer registration at events and help to organize volunteers.
Qualifications:
- Experience in office administration and/or event/meeting planning.
- Ability to be self-motivated, resourceful, and exhibit initiative.
- Ability to travel to events in the Central AR and Hot Springs area occasionally.
- Ability to lift and/or move large objects (such as boxes) with the expectation that heavier items would be broken down into smaller components or requesting additional assistance may be required before lifting and/or moving.
- Some advanced knowledge and skill/proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience in Greater Giving, Luminate and Canva a plus.
