The Stand - Temporary Customer Support & Catering Sales Administrator (4-Month Assignment)

The Stand, a premier neighborhood family restaurant known for delicious Classic American food with a twist, is seeking a Temporary Customer Support & Catering Sales Administrator for a 4-month assignment at our Irvine Corporate Office. This position is a key support role for our Sales and Marketing departments, working closely with various managers in areas such as Fundraising, Catering, Support, and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in tracking and communicating with catering delivery partners and clients
- Handle inbound calls, process catering orders, and support Catering Sales Managers
- Deliver large orders when necessary
- Collect information for Sales & Fundraising follow-up
- Respond rapidly to reviews and feedback, providing exceptional service
- Support off-site events and schedule media shoots
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant (corporate), event coordination, or customer service
- Strong time management and collaboration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and relationships
- Driver's License required for minor driving tasks
