we are looking for someone with a strong focus on administrative and assistant roles, who possesses excellent Excel skills and outstanding communication abilities. . Looking for someone who is available for immediate start.
the position may not be ideal for someone seeking a highly specialized HR career path. However, we are not particularly focused on an extensive HR background for this role. The primary requirement is to find someone who can effectively support the HR Manager onsite and take responsibility for the associated duties.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Reporting writing experience a plus

- assist in recruiting and staffing logistics;
- employee orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping;
- employee relations and counseling
- employee communication
- benefits administration and recordkeeping;
- employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting; and employee services;
- Provide accurate and timely HR information to clients, employees, and management of the company.
- Assist with the implementation of services, policies, and programs and assist company managers with HR issues;
- Responsible for off-boarding process
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
- Generate monthly expenses;
- HR-related reporting from HRIS.
- Submit any invoices to be sent for payment on time
