Hourly Pay Rate is $19.58 to $22.58 (based upon candidate & experience)

Top NYC Healthcare Firm looking for an experienced office support professional to join this growing organization as a Pharmacy Office Clerk for a Six (6) Month Temporary Assignment with the Possibility to Extend or Go Permanent. Working Onsite on Manhattan's East Side in the mid-50's. Full-time (37.5-hrs Weekly); 9am-5pm (7.5-hrs Daily); and Mon-Fri.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- High School Diploma/GED required; and Some College (Associate's or Bachelor's) preferred.
- Minimum One (1) year of Experience in Professional Setting/Office/Retail Pharmacy, etc. required.
- Previous Office/Facilities Experience or Retail Pharmacy Experience required.
- Capable of building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Food Decision Maker, with Proven Success of Making Timely Decisions that keep the Organization Moving Forward.
- Action Oriented and Eager to take on New Opportunities and Tough Challenges with a Sense of Urgency, High Energy, and Enthusiasm.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Manage Front Desk Operations, which includes Receiving Phone calls.
- Manages Scheduling Deliveries of Medication.
- Ensures Efficient Equipment and Facility and Equipment Operations.
- Distributing Mail and Signing for Packages and Deliveries.
- Organize Shelves and Cabinets.
- Monitor and Order Supplies as needed for the Pharmacy.
- Tracks replacement parts for all equipment, (i.e., toners for copiers, printers, and faxes).
- Escalate Ongoing/Complex Issues to Lead Pharmacy Technician.
- Other duties as assigned.
