As of 1/1/24 all new and returning agency staff must have de-escalation training as part of their onboarding and clearance. Facility As of 1/1/2024 - ALL new AND returning agency staff must have completed training from one of following groups for onboarding and clearance: CPI, AVADE or MOAB. MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT - THIS IS A MED SURG FLOAT NEED BETWEEN THOMPSON, FARNUM AND KINSGSBURY UNITS. TRAVELER MAY FLOAT BETWEEN UNITS DURING SHIFT (4hrs Kingsbury, 8hrs Farnum during 1 shift). ICU RN'S WILL BE CONSIDERED!
Coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching, and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
Patient population: Adult-Geriatric
Dress code: Traveler provided professional scrubs (no logos)
EMR: Epic
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Traveler must be willing to work TWO of the following:
Thanksgiving and weekend after
Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and weekend after
New Year Eve/New Year Day and weekend after
Non-Billable Orientation: 0hours
Multipliers (OT, Holiday): 1.25%
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
