Talent Acquisition Specialist needed in the Nashville area
In Office
PAY RATE: $38-$40/hour, based on experience
Contract through March 2025
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma required
- Five years of experience in recruiting in a corporate environment
- Sourcing and social media recruiting experience required
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems is required
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to online sourcing, staffing, and hiring.
- Assess current workforce skills, anticipate future needs, and maintain a pool of qualified candidates.
- Source quality candidates within deadlines and manage the candidate pipeline.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to move candidates through the recruiting process and ensure adherence to procedures.
- Respond to position inquiries and assist applicants with the application process.
- Inform applicants about employment possibilities and manage them from interest to selection.
- Identify, engage, and qualify potential candidates while maintaining their interest.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Indeed to ensure a continuous pool of qualified candidates.
