Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparation of residential mortgage loan initial disclosure documents in accordance with regulatory and compliance guidelines
- May include revised/re-disclosure of documents, also in accordance with regulatory and compliance guidelines.
- Processing/execution of a minimum amount of disclosure deliveries per day, in adhere to regulatory and business defined SLAs.
- Responsible for the calculation of various fees through internal systems and at times, the utilization of fee job aides and other firm provided tools.
- Maintain a minimum quality rating as measured through QA/QC audits.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Team oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Minimum three (3) years' experience with residential real estate lending/loan processing experience and/or related mortgage loan operation functions.
- Previous experience in mortgage compliance and/or disclosures preferred.
- Previous experience working with Financial Advisors and their clients preferred.
- Basic knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and guidelines.
- Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
