KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting has partnered with a company local to Lawrence, MA in their search for a Payroll/Compensation Associate. This role is part time and it will be 3 days a week be onsite.
- The requirements for this position are as follows:
- Reconciling payroll reports
- Analyzing deductions
- Calculating accruals
- Analyzing accrual usage
- Reviewing and analyzing leave management
The requirements for this position are as follows
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Payroll
- Experience utilizing Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation: Up to $25/hr DOE
