Onsite: 40 hours per week
Duration: 6 months extendable
Job Description
Seeking a temporary administrative assistant with strong office administration, project management skills and attention to details. Duties will include the review of exterior websites in comparison with an internal database, maintaining tracking sheets, providing information to staff and volunteers and providing support for other projects as needed.
Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
Candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to details and the ability to interact effectively and courteously with staff, upper level management, and volunteers.
Excellent communication skills. Able to write, edit and update correspondence, reports and spreadsheets.
Basic skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SmartSheet, Gmail and Google applications.
