Overall Objective and Purpose
This is a temporary position expecting to last 6 months with the possibility of an extension or conversion to permanent employment. Configuration, installation and support of the hardware and software infrastructure, teleconferencing, mobile devices and peripherals. The position is full time and is located at the West Greenwich, Rode Island.
Responsibilities
+ Configure, deliver microcomputers along with troubleshoot PC hardware/software issues.
+ Provides accurate, timely and creative solutions to customers along with basic network connectivity and application issues to ensure client productivity.
+ Basic understanding of teleconferencingvideo support including but not limited Logitech Tap, Microsoft Hubs, MS Teams, mobile applications.
+ Performs restorative and maintenance actions either remotely or at the clients’ locations to resolve problems using advanced troubleshooting and technical skills.
+ Perform adhoc analysis, schedules, reporting, and administrative tasks.
+ Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
+ High School diploma required, or equivalent.
+ 2 years of experience in supporting and troubleshooting computer hardware.
+ Experience in supporting and troubleshooting mobile devices(Apple/Android).
+ Must be proficient in microcomputer based operating systems (Windows/Apple) and applications (particularly Microsoft O365 including Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms.
+ Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
+ Knowledge of desktop support and database operating systems.
+ Punctual, strong work ethic, positive attitude, organized, & has an intense desire to learn.

_At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $55,631 - $98,467. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable._
_Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
