About the Job
- Performing administrative duties such as maintaining employee databases, sorting emails for the HR department, writing job descriptions, and logging I-9 compliance information
- Assisting the HR Director in policy formulation, hiring processes, and salary administration
- Compile and process employee documentation and records, and keep the employee database up to date
- Assist with the backlog of a high volume of positions that need updated descriptions
- Submitting online job postings, shortlisting candidates and scheduling job interviews
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in administrative duties such as communications, data entry, and record keeping
- Enthusiasm for working within a team environment
- Proficiency with technology, and the ability to pick up new software easily
- Microsoft Office experience
- Experience or training in writing job descriptions
- A fun attitude who wants to work on a fun team
- Ability to learn and utilize their internal template for formatting job description in Word
- I-9 knowledge and HR data base experience preferred, primarily in Monday.com
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
