Temporary HR Specialist - Oxford Solutions, Inc

IMMEDIATE NEED

Seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Temporary HR Specialist for a short-term assignment (2-3 months). 

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update employee data related to onboarding, new hire paperwork, and personnel changes in the HCM system.
• Manage and process leave of absence and FMLA requests, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Maintain and organize employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Assist in the administration and maintenance of personnel databases, ensuring all data is accurate and properly stored.
• Provide support for various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and handling employee inquiries.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on HR administration or data management.
• Experience with HCM systems (e.g., UKG, ADP, Workday) is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in data entry and document management.
• Familiarity with FMLA and leave of absence processes and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
