About the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to join our team for a temporary document scanning project. This role involves the digitalization of internal documents by scanning, organizing, and archiving physical records. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately scan physical documents into digital format.
- Organize and maintain scanned documents according to internal filing procedures.
- Verify the quality and clarity of scanned documents.
- Label and archive digital files appropriately for easy retrieval.
- Assist in the destruction or secure storage of physical documents, as required.
- Communicate progress and any issues to the project lead regularly.
- Ensure adherence to company confidentiality and data protection policies.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in document scanning or similar administrative tasks is preferred.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using scanners, computers, and document management systems.
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
