The Accounting and Collection Department is recruiting for a "Temporary PART-TIME Financial Analyst."
SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
The position is responsible for the weekly collating and processing of invoices, purchase orders, disbursements, and travel requisitions in a confidential and timely manner. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with Accounts Receivable, data entry, and other finance-related duties as needed.
The assignment for this position is anticipated to be completed by the end of January 2025.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Formal Education:
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Prior accounts payable experience preferred.
- Government Finance and accounting experience a plus
Training (License and/or Certification):
- Valid Texas Driver's License
