Temporary Part-Time HR Generalist - Masiello Employment Services

Our client located just outside of Keene, NH is looking for a Temporary Part-Time HR Generalist to join their growing team!

Your qualifications for the Temporary Part-Time HR Generalist position are as follows:

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• SHRM-CP certification preferred
• 5+ years general HR experience with a national organization
• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems
• Solid understanding of employment law
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently and multitask with multiple shifting priorities
• Excellent professional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and hardworking with commitment to follow through

• Flexible hours 15-20+/week
• Hybrid schedule, must be within commuting distance
• $35-$40/hour depending on skills and experience

• Compensation and benefits administration
• Performance and talent management
• Manage full life cycle recruitment process
• Occupational health and safety
• Training and development
• Maintain compliance with local/federal/state employment regulations
• Update policies/procedures
• Other duties as requested
