POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Payroll Records Specialist to assist with a project focused on pulling historical payroll records from the ADP Workforce Now payroll system. This is a temporary project-based position expected to last until all historical records are pulled. The position involves ensuring that payroll data is accurately extracted, organized, and electronically stored for future analysis or reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with payroll systems, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information. This is a Full Time, Non Exempt TEMPORARY Position, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm or 9 am - 5 pm, $18 hourly. Position is on-stie in our Brentwood, NY location.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Retrieve payroll records from the ADP Workforce Now payroll system.
Organize and compile payroll data as required for the project.
Review records for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain confidentiality of payroll information at all times.
Coordinate with the HR or payroll team to clarify any discrepancies.
Prepare reports or documentation as needed.
Assist with other payroll-related tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with payroll systems, especially ADP Workforce Now, is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with payroll procedures and confidentiality requirements.
Strong communication skills for interacting with team members.
