Temporary Scanning Project Associate (4-6 Month Project) - IST Management Services

Location: Fairlawn, Ohio - Free Parking

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 - 4:30

Duration: 4-6 months beginning 9/16/2024

Compensation: 15.00/hr - 16.00/hr

Responsibilities:

• Operating scanning and copy equipment
• Organizing and digitizing client files
• Capturing important information for electronic storing
• Perform quality control to ensure accuracy of scanned documents
• Data entry and reporting of project status and progress
• Assist with general administrative tasks related to the project

Requirements:

• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills
• Prior scanning and copying experience a HUGE plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
