Temporary Security Operations Manager
Temporary position for approximately 3 months!
Location: Seattle, WA
Pay: $77,812.80/Year Salary

Manages the security services and related operations provided to an assigned account including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.
Position Requirements:
Distinguishing Characteristics: Performs a variety of management functions for assigned account; may be assigned a rank, as defined by client contract. Does not perform Security Officer duties except on a limited, relief or emergency basis.

Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED Required - Associate degree and 2+ years of progressive supervisory and management experience. Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education based on one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education
- Standard computer / technology skills needed
- Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
- Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
- Customer service background preferred
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
- Must have great attention to detail
- Must be able to manage security and safety of the client's premises
- Must have the ability to train and develop employees
- Must be comfortable serving as a visible deterrent
- Must be comfortable preparing detailed and accurate reports
- Must be able to promptly respond to incidents
