About the Job
Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary Senior HR Generalist to support their team in Washington, DC!
About the Job:
* Primarily focus on year-end activities while also managing day-to-day HR responsibilities.
* Support the HR team through on/off-boarding, and maintaining employee files.
* Maintain internal systems, databases, accounts, and other related business needs.
* Work closely with Finance to reconcile payroll, audit benefits, and manage compliance reporting.
* Collaborate and contribute to the department's goals through additional tasks as requested.
About You:
* 4+ years of experience supporting payroll and benefits are required.
* Must be FPC or CPP certified or obtain certification within 6 months of starting.
* Advanced HRIS, MS Excel, and Google Suite skills are required.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively while building strong professional relationships.
* Strong communication skills, with a proactive, organized approach and strong critical thinking.
About the Position:
* $40/hr-$45/hr, depending on experience.
* Temporary for a minimum of 4 months.
* Hybrid with 3 days/week in office.
* Metro accessible in Washington, D.C.
* Starting ASAP!
