60 - 65k plus (depending on experience)

Job Summary:

We're seeking a Tenant Relations Manager to oversee our company's real estate portfolio (approx. 1000 units) from our office. You'll manage tenant relationships, resolve issues, and coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities:

- Manage tenant relationships and communications

- Resolve violations and disputes

- Resolve tenant issues and concerns

- Coordinate with vendors (plumbers, electricians, etc.)

- Ensure timely responses to tenant needs

- Maintain organized records and documentation

Requirements:

- Highly organized and detail-oriented

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

- Passionate about providing exceptional service
