Tenant Services/Property Administrator at Beacon Hill

Our real estate client located in Arlington Heights is looking for a Tenant Service Coordinator starting in November on a part-time basis. This person will be covering a maternity leave and will be onsite three days a week and will need someone through the middle of February 2025.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greets all incoming guests in a friendly, professional manner and provides excellent customer service to resolve issues.
• Answers telephones in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Processes all tenant service requests.
• Tracks all vendor certificates of insurance and ensures that proper coverage limits are met.
• Handles all scheduling of freight elevator and dock usage.
• Overall office support

Qualifications:

• Strong Microsoft skills
• 1+ years of office experience
• Able to work part-time (3 days in office) from November-February
• Strong communication/written skills
