Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our Resla sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned territory by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and promoting our rental services. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the Tesla rental market, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential business clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and other strategic partners within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new business contracts and agreements.
- Promote the full range of car rental services, including corporate rentals, long-term leases, and fleet management solutions.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Regularly visit key accounts and provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients within the territory, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing contract renewals.
- Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and challenges within the territory.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and enhance market presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the territory's needs.
- Reporting and Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance analyses for management review.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay updated on company products, services, and market developments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the car rental, automotive, or travel industry.
- Strong understanding of the car rental market, including customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
