GroupeSTAHL is a leading international manufacturer, distributor and direct supplier in the field of custom textile printing.

What you'll be doing:

Please note, this individual MUST currently live within Kansas or Louisiana, no exceptions - the company is not willing to relocate. The Territory Account Manager – Mid West is responsible for growing sales with large customers in your assigned territory (Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Louisiana, and Arkansas) by promoting the use of GroupeSTAHL products and services. The Territory Account Manager serves as the subject matter expert for GroupeSTAHL business units including but not limited to Stahls', Stahls' Transfer Express, Stahls' DFC, and Stahls' Hotronix. The Territory Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with current and potential customers. In addition, the Territory Account Manager works closely with other sales teams and teams at each GroupeSTAHL business unit to help customers be successful using GroupeSTAHL products and services to drive sales growth. 

Primary Focus:

• Grow Territory Sales: Focus sales efforts to meet or exceed budgeted territory growth by positioning and selling GroupeSTAHL products and services.

Meet Key Performance Indicators to Drive Sales Growth:

• Success Rate – Sell GroupeSTAHL products and services to increase the number of growing customers and reduce the number of declining customers in the territory
• Account Cross-sell Rate – Cross-sell GroupeSTAHL products and services to customers who are not purchasing from GroupeSTAHL business units or product categories
• New to Lost Customer Rate – Identify customers and opportunities to acquire new customers and position GroupeSTAHL products and services to reduce the number of lost customers in the territory
• Churn Rate – Sell to declining or lost customers to position GroupeSTAHL products and services as a key solution to their needs
• Opportunities – Identify and win sales opportunities to drive growth in territory sales
• Activities – Execute phone calls, emails, web meetings, and onsite to drive growth in

Means to accomplish Goals:

• Onsite Visits/Video Meetings (Account Reviews): Build relationships with current customer to present new products and or services to them help grow their business and drive GroupeSTAHL sales growth. Conduct onsite sales visits as needed based on opportunity size and customer potential
• Trade Shows – Attend tradeshows in and out of assigned territory to sell GroupeSTAHL products and
  • In advance, schedule business reviews with large customers attending the tradeshow
  • Demonstrate GroupeSTAHL products and services
• Outbound Calling – Sell GroupeSTAHL products and services, fiscal year growth initiatives, product launches, and monthly promotions to grow sales in assigned territories including existing customers and leads

Other Responsibilities:

• Assumesresponsibilityformeeting or exceeding territory sales goals

1. Prospect for potential new customers
2. Effectively manage time to maximize territory sales growth
3. Constantly identifies and implements methods to improve their sales activities in assigned territory
4. Uses marketing data and resources to maximize territory sales
5. Manage the sales process through opportunity close
6. Effectively estimate the potential sales from customers and opportunities
7. Forecast and communicate long-range account sales, product needs, inventory requirements, and related information

·         Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining valuable relationships with customers and industry contacts

1. Conduct sales calls and delivers sales presentations to customers, prospects, and leads
2. Build relationships with customers to identify needs, position products and services, and build trust in themselves and GroupeSTAHL business units
3. Build relationships with industry contacts to assist in identifying and closing sales opportunities
4. Take ownership of resolving customer requests, complaints, and problems to ensure the customer's satisfaction with GroupeSTAHL products and services
5. Services accounts in accordance with GroupeSTAHL standards and policies

·         Assumes responsibility for maintaining effective working relations, communication, and coordination with GroupeSTAHL personnel and management.

1. Provide feedback to GroupeSTAHL business units and personnel including feedback from customers
2. Provide actionable ideas to to GroupeSTAHL business units and personnel on ways to improve effectiveness of sales material, marketing material, resources for customers, and new revenue sources
3. Coordinate customer needs with GroupeSTAHL business units and departments
4. Keep management informed of customer needs and challenges, territory activities, competitor activities, new product and service ideas, and impediments to meeting customer needs and expectations

Education:

• High School Diploma required
• Bachelors degree preferred - Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
