MUST reside with Eau Claire, WI area to be considered.
Our client is the leading distributor of mechanical, electrical components and products selling into OEM manufacturers, farm and industrial. We are searching for an experienced Outside Industrial Sales Representative to be based out of the Eau Claire facility and help expand business in the greater Eau Claire area.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify target prospects and create strategic plans to turn prospects into customers.
- Build and sustain strong, long lasting customer relationships.
- Coordinate with product specialists and inside sales team to efficiently manage current business and secure new business.
- Maintain professional working relationships with strategic suppliers.
- Participate in company-sponsored sales and technical training sessions.
The ideal candidate possesses:
- Preferred Bachelors’ Degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven outside industrial sales experience with a tangible product.
- Proven experience and success in developing new business, building repeat business, and managing a sales territory.
- Established client relationships in the greater Eau Claire area.
- Strong desire to achieve and succeed.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
