About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels for timely feedback and market updates, enabling the regional retail manager to directly connect with key retail stores.
- Develop comprehensive retail work plans for each region, including remote monitoring and verification of field forces (FF) and store execution progress.
- Oversee all retail operations in the United States remotely, managing a team of personnel.
- Ensure prompt dissemination of market information and coordinate the execution of new product launches and seasonal activities.
- Foster relationships with critical retail stores, facilitating training sessions, analyzing retail actions, closing the loop checks, and setting performance targets for team members.
- Communicate with Retail Store Managers using various methods such as telephone calls, written communication, and meetings to plan, assign, and direct their responsibilities. Ensure their understanding and compliance with store guidelines, policies, and procedures, including operational directives, marketing initiatives, visual merchandising, and adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with agency partners to manage in-store brand visibility by implementing point-of-sale materials, analyzing sell-out and stock levels, conducting competitor analysis, and strategically boosting sales in alignment with headquarters' strategies.
- Work closely with retail teams to consistently deliver exceptional shopper and consumer experiences through remote guidance on customer service, cleanliness, merchandising, and overall atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
- Extensive experience in FMCG or retail industry, with deep understanding of new product launches and sales channel collaboration.
- Proficient in product training and demand creation, adept at utilizing tools like samples and marketing materials for effective new product promotion, while gathering store feedback to support internal decision-making.
- Familiar with wholesaler partnership models, capable of establishing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships to drive joint offline and online marketing activities, enhancing new product exposure and sales.
- In-depth understanding of the Chain Store market, able to assist in store surveys, formulate and execute paid joint marketing strategies, and improve new product display efficiency and sales performance in chain stores.
- Capable of coordinating retail GTM teams and CM Reps teams to comprehensively cover IR stores through methods like direct material delivery and store visits, collecting sales data, and maintaining store relationships.
- Possesses keen market insights, regularly providing feedback on market conditions, including competitor information and market dynamics, to offer timely market feedback and strategic adjustment suggestions to the team.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
