We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our Manufacturing industry team. This role is for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in the sales of Pneumatic Control Systems and Power Transmission Products. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth in their assigned territory. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Territory Management. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and a deep understanding of sales forecasting and operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory and exceed sales targets.
- Manage and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting reports.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
- Prepare and submit detailed proposals to potential clients, outlining the benefits and features of our products.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience selling Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic Control Systems and Power Transmission Products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategy and planning, including sales forecasting and budgeting.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on customer retention.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
