As the Solar Sales Manager, you will empower and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales goals. You will design effective sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in solar sales, with a focus on management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of solar energy systems and technologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented with a dedication to delivering top-notch service.
- Ability to analyze market data to shape effective sales strategies.
- Self-driven and results-focused, with a history of meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and energize a team of solar sales consultants to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while fostering strong client relationships.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from generating leads to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance their performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute impactful campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
