What You'll Do:
As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll be the face of the company in your region. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with engineers, general contractors, electrical contractors, and end-users.
- Collaborating on product specifications and value engineering to meet customer needs.
- Identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 5 years’ sales experience with electrical switchgear (e.g., switchboards, panelboards, motor control centers, low/medium voltage gear, transformers, UPS, data centers, etc.).
- Experience working for a manufacturer, manufacturer's representative, or electrical distributor.
- The ability to work independently from a home office and travel approximately 50% within your region.
- Great negotiating and communication skills
