We are currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team at a fast-paced and exciting technology service-oriented, broad line electronic components distributor company. As the Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, servicing, and cultivating a worldwide account base by extracting requirements, crafting opportunities, negotiating variables, developing relationships, and closing sales. With your outgoing and motivated attitude, you will make outbound calls to prospects and develop new accounts while working jointly with the Sales team, other Sales Managers, and purchasing to ensure full customer service.

Responsibilities:- Making outbound calls to prospects and develop new accounts.
- Using discretion and proper discernment in negotiating with the customer to close sales while you maintain appropriate business margins.
- Learn and remain current on market conditions.
- Consistently maintain and accurately update the information in the database.
- You will work jointly with the Sales team, other Sales Managers and purchasing to ensure full customer service.
- Manage a team of 3-15 Sales Reps
- Train New Sales Reps on all required job tasks
- Present during onboarding trainings
- At least 4 years of sales experience in B2B, or 5+ years experience as a B2B Sales Manager (on-site)
- Prior experience as a sales manager in wholesale distribution or manufacturing is preferred
- Experience in sales in the electronic field is preferred
- Outgoing, motivated with a great attitude
- Passion for sales is a must
- Great communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Basic word processing and spreadsheet skills
- Great managerial skills
