General Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to support our sales team and help drive awareness and adoption of Nidra therapy. This position is perfect for someone eager to start a career in sales, learn about the medical device industry, and contribute to the success of our team. The Sales Representative will assist in managing customer relationships, supporting sales initiatives, and achieving business goals.
Functions:
Sales Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Engage with potential and existing clients to support sales efforts and build relationships.
- Market Awareness: Assist in coordinating with the Marketing team to enhance market awareness of Nidra therapy.
- Patient Support: Collaborate with Patient Access, Customer Care, and Therapy Support Specialist teams to support the patient journey and ensure a positive experience.
- Sales Support: Provide support for the sales team by covering territories that do not have a dedicated Territory Manager, handling all inbound leads and contacts outside of designated Territory Manager territories.
- Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities and building a pipeline of leads.
- Communication: Demonstrate effective communication skills via phone, email, virtual sales presentations and in-person interactions.
- Territory Planning: Contribute to territory business planning and support sales forecasting and reporting.
- Events Participation: Help plan and participate in patient and customer education events.
- CRM Administration: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system to ensure accurate data and reporting.
Market Dynamics:
- Analysis: Assist in monitoring market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning and improve sales performance.
- Feedback: Provide feedback on sales methods and customer needs to help refine sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales; experience in the medical device industry or pharmaceutical industry is a plus, but not required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both in-person and via video conferencing, to effectively engage with stakeholders
- Address and resolve customer and team issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and successful outcomes.
