Responsibilities: The Territory Specialist is responsible for onboarding newly acquired accounts within a specific geographic territory assigned by the Territory Director. This role works closely with Territory Directors to provide essential in-field support and offers a hands-on learning experience.
Key Performance Objectives:
1. Familiarize yourself with the client's facilities, clinics, medical centers, and the client team members.
2. Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and service offerings in the PCR test arena.
3. Understand clients' pain points and address their needs to cultivate a strong connection and commitment to the company.
4. Attain tangible success by expanding the utilization of the lab services offered by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- -Travel within the assigned territory (Des Moines, Iowa) to visit current customers and acquire new profitable business
- Conduct in-service training at customer sites and educate clinic staff
- Ensure sufficient supplies at customer locations
- Maintain client relationships and resolve service issues
- Coordinate transportation pick-ups from medical offices
- Territory travel required up to 50%
Required Skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field of study is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
- One to two years of documented successful sales numbers in business-to-business, medical sales, or competitive in-home presentations are required.
