Job Title- Test Analyst
Location- Irving, TX (Remote)
Responsibilities:
• Health Care Knowledge (Claims processing) with PBM understanding
• Benefits Understanding of the Client Business requirement and Client Adjudication system
• Client Facing communication skills
• Create Functional specification document based on the Client Business requirement
• Review XMLs and work on mapping documents between Source and target system Guiding the Configuration team and Testing team for Requirements clarification
• Support the Defect Management process Requirement management via SFDC tool.
• Requirements Analysis, plan build in Rxclaims, coordinating with coding and other support teams, offshore team coordination, defect triage, status reporting and risks/issue reporting.

Additional Information:
- Identify the training needs and conduct internal sessions to meet the same
- Partner with Cognizant academy to Create curriculum, assessments, training programs, courseware based on new service offerings / solutions etc.
- Update collateral on to the knowledge management repository
- Gain and cultivate domain expertise to provide best and optimized solution to customer
