About the Job
SRC, Inc. is currently seeking a Test Engineer. The selected candidate perform Hardware in the Loop (HITL) testing for emerging EW equipment at AFRL.

What You'll Do
- Support the evaluation of EW systems
- Work with customers to develop test plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop realistic simulation environments
- Conduct tests in a HITL lab environment
- Analyze and provide feedback on system under test (SUT) performance
- Identify and make recommendations to resolve issues with test equipment
- Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering or related field with 6+ years of experience or a Master's degree in an engineering discipline and 3+ years of experience
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- A data driven decision-making mindset
- Understanding of test engineering principles
- Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team
- TS/SCI required
- SAP experience preferred
- Must be U.S. citizen
- Previous work with AFRL, especially within RYW
- Expertise with relevant test architectures and solutions, including NEWEG, AFSIM, NGTS, ITASE/TMAP, CREST, STIMS, and CEESIMs
- Knowledge of technology trends for advanced EW systems
