JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Execute test protocols on new product designs, including our Xcellerex X-platform bioreactors, to ensure complete verification and validation of product requirements.
* Analyze test results, author reports, and present findings to project teams and project leads.
* Operate equipment using fundamental knowledge of best test and measurement practices, such as with environmental testing, aging studies, data acquisition, tensile/load testing, general evaluation, and measurement diagnostics.
* Provide feedback to the engineering team, including description of test methods, deviations from expected test results, and potential product non-compliances and risks.
* Engage in troubleshooting issues in the lab and work to resolution.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor"s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in new product development or bioprocess industry
* Experienced in V&V testing
* Must have a technical aptitude, collaboration and communication skills
