We are seeking a Test and Integration engineer that will support successful integration and testing of complex systems and software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test plans, identify, and troubleshoot issues, and provide technical expertise throughout the testing and integration process. • Collaborate with system engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders to define test objectives, requirements, and strategies.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate system functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Execute test plans and document test results, including defects and issues encountered during testing.
• Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot system integration issues, working closely with the development team to resolve them.
• Participate in system design reviews, code inspections, and other technical meetings to provide input and ensure testability and quality of the system.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability of software releases and updates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to testing and integration.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing and integration process.

• Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; relevant experience to be substituted in lieu of degree.
• Proven experience in software testing and integration, preferably in a complex systems environment.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and methodologies.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Familiarity of GEOINT ground systems a plus
