About the Job
- Structure and write detailed test scripts for various Salesforce functionalities
- Load test scripts into SPIRA and ensure they are comprehensive and aligned with project requirements
- Execute test scripts and report on test execution status across multiple workstreams
- Track and update defect statuses, ensuring timely resolution and communication with relevant stakeholders
- Utilize SPIRA and Spira reporting tools to provide detailed reports on testing progress and outcomes
- Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage
- Engage with the SFDC Release Manager and other team members to coordinate testing activities and timelines
- Manage testing environments to ensure they are properly configured and aligned with production settings
- Support the setup and maintenance of testing environments in collaboration with the IT team
- Perform manual testing of Salesforce functionalities, ensuring all features and fixes meet quality standards
- Explore opportunities for test automation, although the primary focus will be on manual testing
- Maintain detailed documentation of test scripts, test cases, and testing outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on Salesforce (SFDC) environments
- Proficiency in using SPIRA for test management and reporting
- Basic experience with Salesforce usage and reporting
- Strong understanding of test script structure and writing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
- Experience with Saaspmo (SFDC) and SF reporting tools
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Confluence
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools is a plus, though not required
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
