About the Job
TechFlow Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Test Manager to join our team. As a Test Manager at TechFlow, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the testing process for current systems in AWS and Azure cloud environments. The ideal candidate will support our cross-functional team to provide life cycle support of the Enterprise Logistics Readiness Portfolio, Cargo and Personnel Movement Product Line Family of Systems at Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, AL. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, develop test plans, coordinate test execution, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end testing process, including test planning, test case development, test execution, and test reporting.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define test objectives and requirements.
- Coordinate and prioritize test execution activities across multiple projects and teams.
- Develop and execute software test plans in order to identify software problems
- Plans, coordinates, and executes software testing strategies for all phases of software releases
- Ensure each release integrates and is compatible with existing SDC platforms
- Produce and/or assist with all required test plans, reports, user documentation, and conduct all reviews following each test phase
- Establish and follow a test automation strategy to automate the highest percentage of test feasible and practicable within unit, functional, regression, and security tests
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Required years of experience as detailed below. General work experience may be substituted for education.
- Junior level: HS: 4+ years of experience or Bachelor’s with no experience
- Journeyman level: HS: 8+ years of experience, BS: 4+ years, or Master’s with no experience
- Senior level: BS: 7+ years of experience, MS: 3+ years
- Experienced in use of manual and automated application test tools in AWS and Azure Cloud One environments
- Strong knowledge of test methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Experience with project-specific tools such as Jira, DevSecOps tools across all phases, Selenium, JMeter, Checkmarx, SonarQube, Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of coding languages as appropriate for their team role (such as, but not limited to: .net; Java; JavaScript; Python; SQL; PL/SQL; XML; C#; YAML; Docker)
- Familiar with Agile DevSecOps concepts and methodology
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
- Experience with performance testing and security testing
- DoD System Testing & Evaluation Specialist Certification(s)
