We are seeking a highly skilled Test Program Manager to work in a hybrid environment in one of the following locations: : Lanham, Maryland • Memphis, Tennessee • Austin, Texas • Dallas, Texas • Ogden, Utah.
Summary
The Test Program Manager with extensive experience in federal systems modernization to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on supporting various program and project activities through technical analyses, process improvement, and integration of the Integrated Modernization Framework (IMF) system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-complexity legacy system modernization projects and leading federal test contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Program and Project Integration:
- Support various program and project activities through technical analyses and reviews.
- Ensure adherence to process improvement initiatives.
- Understand the impacts of the integrated IMF Modernization system and its components on ongoing projects.
Data Management:
- Gather and compile data for presentations and artifacts.
- Provide program integration support, interfacing with and supporting Delivery Partners.
- Coordinate the deployment of newly developed capabilities.
IMF Modernization Testing:
- Manage and execute testing efforts related to legacy system modernization, focusing on federal systems.
- Develop test strategies and plans, including functional, integration, performance, 508 compliance, and automation testing.
- Identify test data requirements and relationships.
Agile Methodology:
- Utilize agile processes to derive program and project-level schedule inputs and impacts.
- Provide strategic guidance in large program test planning efforts.
Requirements Management:
- Utilize tools such as IBM's Rational solution for Engineering Test Management (ELM), including DOORS Next Generation (DNG) and RTC, for requirements management and development/execution of test cases and scripts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and testing objectives.
Qualifications:
- Ten (10) or years of experience managing or executing projects involving legacy system modernization of high complexity, with at least 5 years related to federal systems modernization testing.
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification is required.
- Strong knowledge of test engineering methodologies, including functional, integration, performance, and automation testing.
- Proven experience in developing test strategies and communication documents.
- Familiarity with IRS-approved testing tools and practices.
