Test Specialist – Functional / UAT tester with Banking experience.
- A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in user acceptance testing in the banking sector.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, products, and regulations.
- Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies - ALM, JIRA, Agile
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and reporting with business.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project priorities and timelines, including theability to work night shifts and weekendsto meet production deployment schedules.
