High school diploma or equivalent

1 year of experience in manufacturing or testing or equivalent.

Basic understanding of electronics and mechanical principles

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and problem solving skills

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Read and understand procedures and work instructions.

Shift Availability:

1st shift and 2nd shift available.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Physical Demands:

Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality.

Standing and sitting for long periods of time.

Repetitive motions, such as twisting, bending, and reaching.

Lifting and carrying heavy objects up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 70 lbs. with assistance.

Good eye hand coordination and dexterity.

Working Conditions:

The work is performed in a manufacturing environment, which may include exposure to noise, dust, and fumes.

Overtime and weekend work may be required upon request to meet manufacturing deadlines.
