Experience in executing and recording testing of medical devices in a lab setting
Experience in operating Environmental Chambers (temperature, humidity, and pressure)
Experience working with Insulin pumps/Glucose sensors
In this exciting role as a Design Verification Test Technician, you will have responsibility for ensuring the safety and quality of *** products. This is a hands-on dynamic role that allows for exposure to a broad range of activities. Those activities include operating equipment, conducting tests and reporting written data. This role also requires the ability to troubleshoot and communicate with engineers. Lastly, being able to effectively manage multiple tasks
Education Required: High School Diploma or GED
Years’ Experience Required: 2+ years of experience in design verification and reliability product testing
Will the contractor be working 40 hours a week? If not, weekly estimate? Contractor will be working 40 hours a week or possibly more
Work Location:
Do they need to be local to any MDT office and if so where? *** Diabetes in Northridge, CA
Does this person need to be on site? If so, full time or part time? On-site, full time
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.
Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.
Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.
Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.
Must Have: Minimum
