Position Information:

The Central Alabama Veterans Affairs Health Care System in Montgomery Alabama is seeking Residency or Fellowship Trained, Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE), Emergency Medicine Physicians to provide urgent/acute specialty care in collaboration with multi-disciplinary Acute Care and Specialty Service Line team, reporting to the Chief of Emergency Department, and providing the full range of procedures related to Emergency Department services to assess, evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients who present in the Emergency Department with any symptoms, illness, injury, or conditions. Work Schedule is Mondays - Fridays, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. No call responsibility expected.   

• Must be U.S. Citizen (Non-Citizens May Be Considered)
• Must have current, active & unencumbered U.S. State Medical License
• Residency or Fellowship Trained & Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine

• Salary range is $280,000 to $310,000 & may include annual performance bonus up to $15,000
