Job Description
As our Change Management Intern, you will be a vital part of the People + Culture Unlocking Potential team, supporting The Heritage Group family of companies through exciting periods of growth and transformation. You will understand our adoption data and use it to create strategies for growth. Additionally, you will support the annual engagement survey to ensure we get meaningful feedback from employees at every level across the enterprise.
Essential Functions
Internships at The Heritage Group
The Heritage Group Internship Program provides hands-on, paid experiences in a corporate function or within one of our many operating companies. Interns can expect to network with other students and professionals, gain useful skills, receive mentoring, and make their own contributions to the organization. Additionally, interns can participate in our weekly hosted events focused on professional development, team building, and community service.
Intern pay is non-negotiable and is calculated based on current academic class standing $17/hour (Freshman) - $20/hour (Senior), etc.

Job Description

Additionally, you will support the annual engagement survey to ensure we get meaningful feedback from employees at every level across the enterprise.
Essential Functions
- Adoption Measurement: Monitor, measure, and report on adoption and usage of Workday and other essential tools.
- Engagement Survey: Support the development and deployment of our annual engagement survey.
- Monitor participation rates and develop strategies to increase participation.
- Support the development of a plan to share results and insights and support action planning with leaders.
- Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Leverage available data to understand our users and develop strategies that will drive adoption and engagement.
- Remain aware of best practices in change management to drive continuous improvement in change methodologies used by the organization.
- Required High School or Equivalent
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree : Current Junior or Senior majoring in business, data analytics, human resources, finance, communications, graphic design, or other related fields.
- Preferred 1+ years Working with excel or other related data analytic tools.
- Preferred 1+ years Marketing, social media, or content creation.
- Independent worker that is comfortable taking on projects in a self-guided environment.
- High achiever who has strong leadership and adaptability skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to lift and carry small parcels, packages and other items and walk short distances.
