DAY TO DAY AS A PICKLR PICKLEBALL INSTRUCTOR

As a Pickleball Instructor at The Picklr, you will be at the forefront of shaping the pickleball experience for our guests and members. Your exciting role involves hosting weekly clinics and coaching one-on-one clients, where you will lead skill and agility-based classes tailored to all levels. Safety is paramount, and you will ensure that every participant is properly placed and free from injury throughout their pickleball journey. By connecting with our existing membership base on the court, building relationships, asking for referrals, and conducting introductory lessons, you'll grow out The Picklr coaching program. Also, you will participate in exciting membership services responsibilities along with helping maintain the club cleanliness and organization.

Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to make additional money and boost club revenue by selling memberships and premium add on services. As the instructor you will educate and sell pro-shop equipment designed to enhance our clients' performance as well. Coupled with an amazing work ethic, your dedication will shine as you deliver top-notch coaching. Being organized will allow you to effectively manage lesson planning and maintain safety protocols. A strong understanding of pickleball, demonstrated by a Dupr score of 3.5 or higher, is vital for delivering quality instruction to the guests and members.

Finally, proficiency with technology-whether on Apple or PC-will enhance your ability to connect with clients and streamline communication and processes. If you're passionate about teaching pickleball and ready to inspire others, this role is your perfect match!
