We are looking for dynamic paraprofessionals in Illinois to provide services to clients in their homes and community. You will work with a team of professionals providing an innovative service in Illinois.

The Therapeutic Mentor will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician. You will support the implementation of the Clinician’s treatment plan and work with clients to increase their skills building in their own community!

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field
· Minimum one year of experience working with children, youth and families
· Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with (ASD) autism spectrum disorder
· Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

Compensation:

· Full-time: Salary 50-55k annually
