RVCC is looking to hire a Therapeutic Mentor (TM) Supervisor!

Overview of Job Responsibilities:
- To plan, oversee and direct therapeutic mentors
- Oversee the evaluation and treatment of the psychosocial needs of clients of all ages and/or their families and related services
- To participate in the recruitment, interviewing, training, evaluation and supervision of the on-the-job performance of assigned personnel.
- To provide direct care to clients and families as necessary
- To document activities according to established RVCC and CBHI regulatory standards.
- To participate in multidisciplinary team meetings (UR).
- To facilitate family meetings and groups as needed.
- To prepare for and participate and/or conduct regular supervision
- To assist in developing, refining, revising, and implementing policies and procedures for RVCC as they relate to our TM’s and CBHI program
- To identify, collect, and report relevant statistical data to reflect the activities of the Clinic and staff; to complete and submit various management reports in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
Education Level - Master’s degree with a concentration in human services, counseling, clinical psychology, or social work.
Years of Experience - Four years’ experience as a therapist with at least two year in a supervisory capacity. CBHI experience or extensive experience working with children and families is preferred.
Licensing - Current Massachusetts license as an LMHC, LCSW, or LICSW or Licensed Psychologist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts preferred but not required.
