Therapist at PROGRESSIVE PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES

Progressive Psychiatric Services, PLLC is seeking a dedicated Psychotherapist to join our team in either the  the greater Manchester/Bedford area, or the Concord NewHampshire . This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for both in-person and remote work flexibility.

As a Psychotherapist at Progressive Psychiatric Services, PLLC, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to teens and adults in the community. Your role will involve conducting psychological assessments, providing individual and group counseling, and developing treatment plans for clients with a variety of mental health needs.

• Progressive Psychiatric Services, PLLC serves greater Manchester/Bedford/Concord  area teens and adults, offering:
• Psychiatric Evaluations
• Psychotherapy for teens and adults, including EMDR
• Medication management for serious mental illness and those who have dual diagnosis/substance use and mental illness

Job Expectations:

• Certified as LCMHC/ LMFT/ PsyD or  LICSW and licensed in New Hampshire or ability to be licensed
• Ability to perform a comprehensive intake interview
• Ability to complete notes and documentation in a timely fashion
• Excellent  work habits including punctuality, time management, organization
• Provide psychotherapy services to clients with  mental health disorders
• Facilitate group  therapy and behavioral health interventions
• Collaborate care with other therapists, primary care and and psychiatric providers
• Participate in  trauma-informed care
• Recognizing when client needs higher level of care and referring them to appropriate local resources
• Utilizing telehealth platforms for outpatient therapy sessions
• Implementing  treatment plans
• Performing  at least 24 sessions with clients weekly

Salary Range: $68,000 - $90,500
